Sculptural blown art glass vessel attributed to VIZ Art Glass Collections, circa 2000. The dramatic free-form fan shape is executed in transparent aqua-green glass with colorful twisted cane-like elements in blue, lavender, red and amber, accented by yellow and fine trailing throughout.
The folded, asymmetrical form creates a different composition from every angle, with considerable depth and movement as light passes through the glass. A striking example of late 20th-century contemporary studio glass with a strong Italian-influenced aesthetic.
Similar documented VIZ examples have been identified as the Green Fan design. Maker attribution is based on comparable examples; piece is unmarked.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Any minor irregularities are inherent to the hand-blown glassmaking process.
