The whole is veneered in Birds eye maple veneers which are now a lovely rich honey colour banded in American walnut to create the wow factor. Solid American walnut drawer pulls. Chrome plated hinges, which have been removed, buffed and refitted so work perfectly. The drawers are constructed in oak, dovetailed and veneered in Birds Eye maple. The Plinths are inset snd again veneered in American walnut and constructed in oak. The headboard is French in origin. It disassembles into 3 sections for ease of delivery and perfect to ensure it fits easily up your staircase. The headboard fits together simply and very straightforward and provides a very substantial headboard which is ready to fit a standard divan base, 4 ft 6”. It is stepped and the silhoutte is extremely impressive and very of the period, truly Art Deco.The attached bedside cabinets comprise of cupboard doors with drawers above and bookcase section above these.
Just a perfect centre piece for any bedroom oozing the glamour and drama typical of the Art Deco era.
