Executed in warm solid wood with Ethan Allen’s 227 Cinnamon finish, each chair features a graceful continuous bow-back silhouette, a generously contoured saddle-style seat, slender turned spindles, and traditional turned legs joined by sculptural stretchers. The elongated hoop backs and delicately turned spindle details give this set an especially elegant interpretation of the classic American Windsor form.

The warm cinnamon finish allows the natural grain and tonal variation of the wood to remain visible, creating a rich honey-brown appearance that works beautifully in Traditional, American Country, Farmhouse, Colonial Revival and collected contemporary interiors.

All four chairs retain identifying Ethan Allen markings beneath the seats, including Country Crossings model 17-6400 and finish code 227, providing excellent documentation of the collection and manufacturer.

The chairs have wonderful age-appropriate character and remain highly usable. The seats display scattered scratches, scuffs and finish wear consistent with regular use, while several lower legs show more noticeable finish loss and rubbing near the feet. These imperfections have been intentionally left untouched and are shown clearly in the photographs. The set presents beautifully overall and offers an excellent opportunity for use as-is or for professional refinishing if a more pristine appearance is desired.

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear consistent with prior use. All four chairs remain structurally sound and present beautifully as a matching set. The original finish shows scattered surface scratches, scuffs, small marks, and areas of finish wear, most notably across the seats and around the lower legs and feet. One chair exhibits more pronounced finish loss near the bottoms of the front legs. There are also minor nicks and variations in the finish throughout consistent with age. No major cracks or significant structural damage observed. The chairs retain their original Ethan Allen labels and markings.
