Designed to combine a mirror, storage, and shelf in a single piece, this teak wall-mounted mirror interprets one of the fundamental principles of 1960s Scandinavian design: concentrating multiple functions in an object with simple lines and a compact footprint. The structure is defined by slightly sloping sides that lighten the volume and draw the eye toward the upper door. Here, the mirror is set within an internal teak frame, set back from the door and shaped with a profile inclined toward the reflective surface. This three-dimensional design lends depth to the front and creates a delicate play of light and shadow. The door opens upward thanks to its original hinges, revealing a storage compartment, while the two shelves underneath complete the overall effect. The interior and back are finished with the same care as the visible parts, demonstrating careful and consistent construction down to the last detail.
