"Trissan" model by Sven Engström & Gunnar Myrstrand for Tingströms, Swedish production, 1960s.

Designed by Sven Engström & Gunnar Myrstrand and manufactured in Sweden by Tingströms for Bra Bohag in the 1960s, the "Trissan" model is made of oak and features a compact frame with a front drawer and four square legs, two of which are equipped with casters for easy movement. The tabletop, 46.5 cm wide when closed, can be transformed with two 25 cm drop-leaf extension leaves, reaching 96.5 cm when fully open. The rounded ends of the drop-leaf leaves soften the square lines of the frame and emphasize the transformable nature of the table. Working together since the mid-1940s, Engström & Myrstrand developed a minimalist design, with a focus on compact and versatile furniture for modern living. "Trissan" is a prime example: a drawer, extendable top, and ease of movement combine in a piece with simple, restrained lines. The original mark under the top identifies the model, designer, and Swedish production. Good condition. May show signs of wear. Please refer to the photographs. This piece has an attribution mark,
