Cast in traditional chalkware/plaster and finished in a warm antique bronze tone, the sculpture features finely modeled facial features, flowing drapery, bare feet and an ornamented integral circular base. The sculpture bears a molded ESCO PRODUCTS N.Y. maker's mark to the rear of the base. Vintage condition includes age-related surface wear and finish loss throughout, visible chips to portions of the fruit/basket exposing the underlying plaster, and cracking/loss to part of the lower base.
