Measuring a substantial 54 inches wide, the desk is constructed in oak and oak veneer with a warm medium-oak finish that highlights the dramatic natural grain throughout. The traditional form is softened by rounded desktop edges, sculpted integrated wood drawer pulls and clean paneled sides and back, allowing the desk to be positioned either against a wall or floated prominently within a room.

The desk offers seven drawers in total, including a wide center utility drawer and three drawers within each pedestal. The center drawer retains its interior “WINNERS ONLY” maker's mark and includes a fitted organizer section ideal for pens and smaller office accessories.

Particularly useful are the two pull-out writing/work surfaces, one positioned above each pedestal. These concealed extensions dramatically increase usable workspace when needed while disappearing neatly beneath the desktop when not in use.

The lower pedestal drawers provide generous file and document storage and retain their adjustable interior divider systems. Both lower drawers are fitted with locks, and the desktop incorporates two brass-tone cable grommets for routing computer, lamp or other office cords.

The finished paneled back is another excellent feature, giving the piece a substantial furniture-quality appearance from every angle. This makes it particularly well suited to a home office, library or study where the desk can sit away from the wall.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear consistent with prior use. The desk remains sturdy, functional and presents beautifully overall, with particularly attractive oak grain throughout.
There is significant finish wear along portions of the front of the desk, including areas of rubbing, scuffing and finish loss, as visible in the photographs. The desktop also shows several circular/ring marks to the finish, along with scattered light scratches, surface marks and minor edge wear from use. These areas have been intentionally photographed and are part of the desk's existing vintage condition.
The drawers and dual pull-out writing surfaces operate properly, and the drawer interiors remain quite clean overall. Lower storage drawers retain their adjustable divider systems and locking hardware. Please review all photographs closely for additional details regarding condition.
