An exceptional turn-of-the-century Neoclassical revival gilt wall mirror, circa 1900.
Features a hand-carved wood frame with a top crest depicting a central flaming urn flanked by two winged griffins. The carved timber elements show natural splits and separations along the joints. The rectangular mirror pane features an elegant rope-twist molded border and minor antique foxing. A classic statement piece for an entryway, mantel, or dining area.
