The elegant baluster-shaped ceramic body is finished in a luxurious, deep cobalt blue salt glaze—a highly desirable palette for Doulton collectors.

The body is masterfully ornamented with dense, hand-applied slip-trail floral rosettes and stylized foliage in crisp relief, showcasing the renowned textured artistry of the London studio.The stoneware base is paired with its period brass double-wick burner, featuring twin adjuster wheels stamped "English Make".

The assembly comes complete with a clear glass chimney and a finely frosted, etched floral globe shade (the shade is a later vintage addition that complements the classical proportions beautifully).

This is an original, un-electrified antique oil lamp. The mechanical brass dual-wick burner components are complete, original. It has not been converted to electricity, preserving its historical integrity.
