This beautiful unique and substantial Austrian mid century Walnut and brass console table was designed by Oswald Haerdtl, one of … Read more This beautiful unique and substantial Austrian mid century Walnut and brass console table was designed by Oswald Haerdtl, one of the most important post War Austrian Architects, in Vienna 1950s. It features a walnut base with one Drawer and one glass shelve and elegant slim brass fittet legs. All wooden parts are in very good original vintage condition with only some minor wear due to their age. It´s provenance is directly from a Viennese Villa, Villa Pertl, which was designed by Haerdtl in 1957. So this outstanding table is a rare unique and important piece of Austrian Postwar Design History. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
