Søholm Table Lamp Model 3046 – Designed by Maria Philippi (1960s)
Bring a piece of 1960s Danish design into your home with this beautiful handmade earthenware lamp from Søholm, Denmark. This distinctive Model 3046 was designed by Maria Philippi and embodies the timeless elegance for which Scandinavian design is celebrated worldwide.
The lamp features a stylish, matte ecru-colored neck that transitions beautifully into a decorative, glossy navy-blue glazed base. The lower section features a refined incised texture, adding depth and character. The subtle contrast between the matte and glossy glazes gives the lamp a warm, atmospheric appeal.
The lamp bears the mark and signature "MP" (Maria Philippi), underscoring its authenticity and collectible value.
Equipped with a new cord, plug, and a practical on/off switch (located on both the socket and the cord), this lamp is ready for immediate use. The ecru-colored lampshade complements the ceramic base perfectly, enhancing the harmonious overall look.
