The Twist table perfectly embodies Michael Taylor’s celebrated California aesthetic: monumental yet relaxed, classical yet distinctly modern, with an organic form and the luminous, nuanced white finish so closely associated with his interiors.
Purchased approximately 15 years ago from a secondhand designer-furniture gallery.
The table comes from my personal collection. I spent 13 years with Tucker & Marks in San Francisco as a senior designer.
