The tabletop hovers above a set of solid mahogany legs that emanate from the center and then curve sharply downwards, tapering to a point as they near the floor. The main surface comprises quadrants of bookmatched walnut, punctuated by a brass ring at the outer edge.

The mix of materials and color palette evoke the works of Edward Wormley for Dunbar, T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb, and Harvey Probber, yet the table remains firmly singular.

With the two included leaves, the table expands from a 54" round to a 98" pill, accommodating 8-10 guests as needed. It has been professionally refinished and shows traces of its age only on close inspection.

Note: although the inner apron has a knee clearance of 25.25 inches, it is recessed from the edge such that armchairs of almost any height can tuck underneath the table. See less
