A striking vintage 1970s Murano blown glass marlin sculpture, depicting the fish dramatically leaping from stylized ocean waves. Hand formed in clear and milky white glass, with beautifully worked fins, elongated bill, and a dynamic sculptural base suggesting splashing water.
A particularly expressive example of mid-century Italian Murano glass, combining coastal subject matter with the fluid, organic forms associated with Venetian glassmaking. Retains its original Murano label.
