Beautiful antique drafting table with a heavy cast iron pedestal base. The solid maple top has been restored; sanded up to 220 grit and finished with a clear satin wipe-on polyurethane. The base has been thoroughly cleaned and polished, and retains its original dark green paint, which has weathered to a beautiful patina with a look similar to an avocado skin. The base has three claw feet. The swivel mechanism functions smoothly. The top can be used flat as a table or nearly vertically. Great as a work table or accent piece, or for using as a display board for posters or artwork.
Dimensions: 42” wide, 30” deep, 31”-43” high. 23” between feet.
