Great vintage starburst wall sculpture with a warm aged brass finish and plenty of presence. Dozens of slender metal rays surround a raised domed center, giving it a wonderful sculptural look without being overwhelming in size. Quite substantial and heavy for its scale, with a beautifully aged finish and lots of vintage character.
Unsigned. Measures approximately 30” diameter.
We also have a larger 40” version available in a separate listing, which would be fabulous paired with this one or grouped together on a large wall.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. Scuffs, scratches, finish loss, oxidation and variations in the brass-toned patina throughout, including wear to the center dome and surrounding metalwork. Some rays have minor surface wear and discoloration. Nothing has been over-restored—the age and patina are part of what makes it great. Please see photos for details
