Great vintage starburst wall sculpture with a warm aged brass finish and loads of presence. The piece is quite substantial and heavy, with dozens of slender metal rays surrounding a raised domed center. The finish has developed a lovely natural patina over time, giving it that collected, not-too-perfect look that works especially well in a modern, mid-century, Hollywood Regency, or eclectic interior.
Unsigned. Measures approximately 40” diameter.
Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear throughout. There are visible scuffs, scratches, finish loss, oxidation and variation to the brass-toned patina, particularly on the center dome and around the inner ring. Some of the rays show minor surface wear and discoloration. These imperfections are consistent with age and use and are part of the vintage character. Please see photos for details
