Each table features a beautifully proportioned 16-inch round teak top raised on a slender turned pedestal and terminating in a distinctive four-foot sculptural base. The softly rounded feet and flowing pedestal construction give the pair a wonderful organic quality, with clear influence from Scandinavian Modern design.

The teak is particularly attractive, displaying warm honey, amber and reddish-brown tones with prominent natural grain throughout. Rounded tabletop edges complement the curved base and give the tables an exceptionally clean silhouette from every angle.

At 20 inches high, these are wonderfully versatile pieces. Condition:
Very good vintage condition. Both tables present beautifully overall with warm, attractive teak coloration and prominent natural grain. Light surface wear, minor scratches and small marks may be present consistent with age and normal vintage use. Felt protective pads have been applied beneath the feet. Both retain their original manufacturer's labels underneath.
