Each piece is decorated with a finely rendered frosted scenic motif depicting European landscapes, bridges, sailing vessels, architecture and horse-drawn carriage scenes. The five glasses provide an especially attractive multicolor presentation with three blue, one green and one red scenic designs.

The glass is marked “FRANCE” on the underside. The design and construction are consistent with mid-century French scenic glassware associated with Verrerie/Cristallerie d’Arques production; however, as the pieces are marked only France, no definitive maker attribution is made.

A wonderful decorative bar-cart set with a distinctly French mid-century character. The combination of the original stopper and five coordinating glasses makes this particularly appealing for display as well as entertaining.
