This tiny hand painted Limoges TEA POT trinket box has a rich Royal Blue glaze which is accented by bright Gold gilded details on the handle, spout and finial.
The front has a hand painted floral bouquet circled in a Gold design and the back has a Gold leaf design.
An ornate Brass band wraps around the edges and is accented by a tiny Brass Flower clasp.
Hallmarked on the bottom – Limoges France Peint main ( Signed I think it is a SP)
Measures: 1 ¾” x 1 ¾”x 1 ¾”
In very good pre-loved condition.
No chips or cracks or crazing.
The hand painted designs are crisp and bright.
The Brass hinge works smoothly and the clasp snaps shut securely.
