Bauhaus-inspired tubular chrome cantilever design.
A striking set of four vintage cantilever dining chairs featuring rich burgundy ribbed velvet upholstery and sculptural tubular chrome frames. The streamlined silhouettes and floating cantilever bases give the chairs a distinctly modernist feel, while the deep wine-colored velvet adds warmth and a wonderfully decadent 1970s-inspired edge.
The contrast of plush upholstery against polished chrome makes this set especially versatile, equally at home around a glass or stone dining table, in an eclectic contemporary interior, or paired with vintage pieces for a collected look.
The chairs retain a vintage California upholstery law label and feature 100% polyurethane foam filling. Manufacturer is currently unknown.
