The piece features a beautifully proportioned rectangular top, a practical single drawer, four slender turned columns and a spacious lower shelf. Decorative brass collars at the bases of the columns provide a subtle and refined accent.

The table is constructed predominantly from solid oak. The turned columns, shaped feet, lower shelf and structural elements supporting the upper section are made from solid oak, while the top is finished with natural oak veneer, displaying an attractive and expressive grain pattern.

The drawer retains a traditional construction, with a plywood bottom fixed from underneath with small nails. It is fitted with a simple turned wooden knob.

Stylistically, the table belongs to the Eclectic / Late Historicist period, drawing on traditional 19th-century salon furniture. Its symmetrical form, turned supports and shaped feet give it an elegant, decorative character while retaining a relatively light and versatile silhouette.

The table has undergone a comprehensive professional restoration. The wood has been carefully cleaned, repaired where necessary and refinished to highlight the natural grain and warm tones of the oak. The structure is solid and stable, and the drawer operates correctly.

Thanks to its proportions, the piece works beautifully as an occasional table, side table, lamp table, small console or decorative display table.
