The Triborough Bridge and Hell Gate Bridge, spanning the East River in New York City, are rendered in a moody blue-and-gold tonal palette against a hazy night sky, with scattered points of gold and red suggesting lamplight reflected on the water below. Unsigned; artist unidentified. Canvas is unstretched and unframed, with raw/frayed edges as photographed, showing a small residual mark from tape used to hold the canvas during painting, measuring 20" x 13.5".
