Crafted from wild-harvested indigenous Ilala palm, this piece features an exceptionally tight coil weave historically developed to hold liquids and traditional sorghum beer (utshwala). The exterior showcases striking geometric diamond and triangle motifs rendered in natural botanical dyes, symbolizing unity, domestic harmony, and marital connection.
