This is an original work of art, I acquired it in Indiana, it is signed "A or H Delmar" or something similar. The Watercolor has is painted in jewel toned colors and has a light airy composition. It appears to be in the original frame and is circa late 1800s, early 1900s. The frame is wood with gesso decorations. See less
