tables. They have rectangular tops with molded edges sitting above beautiful
bamboo bases with arched stretchers and bundled-rod lower shelves and wrapped
joints. Both pieces have "Calif-Asia" maker stamp on the base. The
brand is a sought‑after choice for mid‑century modern interiors.
Calif-Asia was a mid‑20th century American furniture
manufacturer based in Los Angeles known for producing high‑quality
bamboo, rattan, and wicker furniture, and operated during the 1950s–1970s.
The coffee table is approximately 16"High x 45"Longx
18"Wide, while the smaller side table is approximately 18"High x
25"Long x 18"Wide.
The finish is original and condition is consistent with age
with a few minor imperfections, but no major damage or repairs have been done
on these tables that are approximately 50 years old. There is a legible maker's label on the small table of Calif-Asia. See less
