A solid brass hexagonal urn table lamp crafted by Chicago maker Frederick Cooper.
The lamp features a flared six-sided vessel body set atop a dark stained hardwood base, topped with a detailed, pierced filigree finial.
It comes equipped with its flared rectangular tole shade, finished in a dark antiqued tone. The shade features hand-painted Chinoiserie artwork with raised relief figures, depicting scenes of figures, palm trees, architectural motifs, and a crane rendered in gold and crimson accents. The raised detailing gives the artwork a tactile quality and depth under the light.
An exceptional accent piece suited for Hollywood Regency, Grandmillennial, or classic traditional interiors.
