A beautiful, authentic vintage 3-piece fine bone china tea trio crafted in England by E.B. Foley (Elijah Brain & Co.). This highly collectible set features the romantic "Glengarry Thistle" pattern, showcasing crisp, hand-painted pink and purple Scottish thistle blossoms offset by rich green botanical foliage against a snowy white ground.
The teacup features an exquisite scalloped rim, a brilliant white interior accented with a localized thistle blossom, and an elegant pastel robin's-egg blue tinted handle. All three pieces are finished with a rich, hand-applied gold gilt trim along their wavy, fluted edges.
