This is a beautiful vintage Chinese Huali (Rosewood) jewelry box, featuring a classic "seven-drawer" layout: two drawers on the top row, three in the middle, and two at the bottom.
The chest is crafted from dense, richly grained rosewood that has developed a warm, honey-red patina. It is finished with intricate brass mounts, including decorative corner protectors, a central carrying handle on the lid, and elegant floral-shaped drop pulls on each drawer.
