Set of 6 Stoneware Stemmed Cups, Vézelay Pottery - Albert Breton
A beautiful set of six hand-thrown stoneware stemmed cups, signed by the "Vézelay Pottery - Albert Breton" workshop, a renowned potter from the Yonne region known for his traditional stoneware work, fired with salt and wood. Each piece features a speckled creamy white glaze, enhanced by spontaneous brown-ochre drips characteristic of this type of artisanal firing—making each cup unique, no two alike.
The curved, chalice-shaped stem gives this set a lovely rustic elegance, both sturdy and refined. A distinctive piece for lovers of French handcrafted ceramics and beautiful tables with authentic touches.
