A contemporary non-figurative bronze, its form abstracted into a single sweeping, fan-like volume that rises and unfurls from a slender base — an abstract meditation on the feminine and on the origin of life. The entire surface is finished in a high mirror polish, the gold catching and bending its surroundings so the piece seems to shift with the light and the viewer's position. The bright, reflective body is set against a dark patinated plinth, a contrast that lets the polished form read as pure light. Fluid, sensual, and quietly monumental despite its scale.
Cast in bronze using the lost-wax method and mounted on an integrated dark-patinated bronze base. Signed by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Made to order — a hand-cast, limited piece rather than a stock object.
