An elegant vintage picture light by House of Troy, a long-established American lighting manufacturer known for traditional picture and gallery lighting. This substantial 24-inch fixture has a classic streamlined profile with a warm gold/brass-tone finish, making it particularly well suited for illuminating paintings, portraits, framed artwork and collected interiors.
The fixture is supported by two adjustable and swiveling arms, allowing the position and projection of the light to be changed for more precise illumination of artwork. The cylindrical housing itself has the understated architectural appearance associated with traditional gallery and museum-style picture lighting.
This is a corded picture light with an inline switch located on the electrical cord. The fixture has been tested and is in working condition, as shown illuminated in the photographs.
The light retains an attractive aged gold/brass-tone finish. There is some finish variation and other signs of previous use visible upon close inspection. These characteristics are shown in the detailed photographs and contribute to the vintage character of the piece.
