It's a unique piece attributed to the Fratelli Fanciullacci workshop, deeply rooted in the artistic vitality of 1950s Italy. During this era of intense creative ferment, they were among the artists who reinvented ceramics, much like Capron, Picault, and Derval did in Vallauris.

The chamotte clay, delicately textured and almost mineral, is enhanced by the finesse and freedom of the lines. This reveals the expertise of Montelupo, where the elegance of Italian design meets a spontaneous and naive graphic narrative. The birds and the rooster, captured with a lively brushstroke, are set within an airy composition, enhanced by the striations and touches of primary colors that enliven the object without ever overwhelming it.
