This contemporary re-edition, produced after 2013, perpetuates one of the most emblematic creations in the history of design with remarkable craftsmanship.

Its oval wooden top, covered in genuine gold leaf and delicately engraved with two bird prints, appears to float above a spectacular base representing two finely sculpted bird feet with talons. A work of art that blurs the lines between furniture and sculpture, the Traccia is an iconic piece whose presence instantly transforms any interior.

Produced by Cassina in accordance with Meret Oppenheim's original design, this piece benefits from exceptional craftsmanship. It features a metal authenticity plaque affixed beneath the tabletop, attesting to its official Cassina edition.

The tabletop is in good overall condition considering its age, with no significant missing pieces or major damage to the material.

However, please note: a deep, old scratch approximately 5 cm long has been carefully restored with 24-karat gold. Documentation regarding this restoration is available upon request.

The varnish also shows some fine waves and cracks in places, consistent with the table's age. These marks are characteristic of the natural aging of the finish and are more or less visible depending on the angle and intensity of the light.
