1970s Carimate chairs by Vico Magistretti, a classic! Set of 4. Solid wood frame with rush seat. In good original condition, wear consistent with age - worn finish. Rush seats are all in great shape. Unmarked - no labels or markings present. Maker unknown. Per Italian Design Club, "Born in 1960, the Carimate chair has had a long history that continues nowadays. It still looks just as simple as it first did. Fours producers, just as many versions and revisions, but only one creator. This is the result of the aesthetic and genius of Vico Magistretti, filled with simple lines and the innovation of functionality."
