The table comprises a combination … Read more A large draw-leaf extension dining table by Giorgio Collection, made in Italy c. mid 1990s. The table comprises a combination of exotic hardwoods – straight-grained satinwood surfaces, highly figured satinwood borders and edge banding, quilted grain patterns of curly maple traversing the legs, and sapele mahogany inlay.

The draw leaf mechanism, commonly seen in Scandinavian dining tables, allows the leaves to stow underneath the surface when not in use. The leaves add over 3 feet of dining space, expanding the tabletop from 72" to 111.5" to accommodate 10 guests with ease.

The table exhibits surface-level wear consistent with age and use. The frame is stable and the draw leaf mechanisms function as intended.

The most noteworthy imperfections on the main surface are depicted in the final four photos of the gallery. The remainder of the table shows light vintage wear. The leaves and main surface show a slight color difference. See less
