The cabriole legs are carved with acanthus leaves, and the seat is upholstered in a cream fabric.

A striking statement piece with the kind of detailed hand-carving that’s increasingly hard to find, this chair works beautifully as an accent chair, a desk chair with presence, or paired with a curated vintage dining set for a head-of-table moment.

Good vintage condition with minor signs of wear, including a couple of small cracks in the crest rail carving that have been repaired and cosmetically touched up (not very noticeable—see pictures for details).
