Architectural in scale and richly dimensional, this substantial round wall mirror has been transformed with a custom finish designed to evoke the character of aged cast bronze.
Measuring an impressive 40 inches in diameter, the mirror features an intricate radial framework inspired by Gothic tracery and classical European rose windows. Broad, interlocking curves form a graceful floral pattern across the mirrored surface, culminating in an elaborate central foliate medallion. The layered ornament creates beautiful depth and symmetry while allowing generous areas of reflective glass to remain visible.
The wood-composite framework has been finished with a deep bronze-black foundation, followed by hand-burnished aged-bronze highlights across its raised edges and sculptural details. Darkened recesses establish visual depth, while softly rubbed high points suggest the natural patina and wear of an old architectural metalwork element. The treatment is deliberately restrained, giving the frame the appearance of aged bronze rather than bright gold.

The mirror glass remains securely seated within the frame and presents well overall.
