Infuse your home styling with the timeless mystique of the Nile with this luxurious porcelain vide-poche tray by the legendary Raynaud Limoges house. Titled "Louxor" from the exclusive Collection portraits series, this square dish features a striking, stylized Art Deco-inspired profile portrait of an Egyptian queen, reminiscent of Cleopatra or Nefertiti.
The central portrait is framed in an warm ochre-camel backdrop and intricately detailed with fine gold gilding throughout her ceremonial headdress, beaded collar, and earrings. The deep sloping rim is bathed in a vibrant sky blue glaze and adorned with repeated fans of stylized green papyrus fronds or lotus motifs outlined in gold.
The side rim bears the subtle gold script lettering: "Collection portraits - 'Louxor' - Une création Etienne Boyer". The base features the prestigious stamped insignia of Raynaud Limoges France. It is further protected by its original gray foam backing on the unglazed resting footprint to prevent table scratching. A magnificent, high-end accent piece for a gentleman's desk, entry console, or vanity.
