Post practicing avian taxidermy for many years, Stefan Savides shifted his talents to sculpture. Utilizing his in-depth knowledge of all types of bird. Hence it is no wonder that Savides sculptures are considered among the best portrayal of birds world-wide.
"Farm Boys" is a cast bronze sculpture which portrays two pheasants perched upon a pile of barnyard castoffs. Number eight of a limited edition of twenty circa 2020. Signature "Savides" and "08/20 (c) '20" are incised on sculpture base (wrench handle).
Measures 39” high x 35” wide x 21” deep.
In excellent vintage condition with no issues of note. Original patinated bronze surface displays no scratches, finish loss, or marks. Structurally sound sculpture itself displays no cracks, dents, breaks, or missing pieces. See photos for details.
