The model was created in a classic Victorian style, inspired by the richly decorated park and garden benches that had been a characteristic feature of British gardens and country residences since the late 19th century. The bench frame is made from cast aluminium, making it lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and well suited for outdoor use.
