The stem is composed of two turned and sculpted wooden elements, separated and accentuated by decorative brass rings.

The combination of thick, slightly tinted glass, warm-toned wood, and brass is characteristic of Scandinavian design from this period. The solid glass base lends the whole a particularly striking presence while maintaining a light and airy feel.

The lamp is offered with a new, off-white cylindrical shade, chosen to respect the proportions and understated elegance of the original model.

Condition
Very good vintage condition. The solid glass is well preserved and shows minor irregularities and signs of wear consistent with its age and manufacture. The wood retains a beautiful finish and natural grain. The brass elements have a light patina.
