one motif depicts tailor böck chasing max and moritz across a stream – the third prank. The second shows max and moritz scattering gunpowder into master lämpel's (teacher and organist) pipe – the fourth prank. The final motif shows max and moritz retrieving widow bolte's roast chickens down the chimney with a fishing rod – the second prank.

the beige glass shade provides pleasant, glare-free ambient light. Because the shade is open at the bottom, the light shines directly downwards (downlight).

the ceiling canopy is brass-plated, while the finial and rod are brass.
