This grouping includes a king-size headboard with a hand-carved acanthus leaf crest and serpentine top rail, plus a matching pair of bombe-form nightstands — each with two dovetailed drawers and ornate cast brass rococo-style pulls and escutcheons.
All three pieces showcase gorgeous burl wood book-matched veneer panels set within a rich walnut frame, with the nightstands' bombe (swelled) sides and cabriole legs adding elegant curvature typical of high-end Henredon casegoods from this era. Each piece is stamped "Henredon Furniture Industries Inc." on the underside, confirming authenticity.
