CONDITION | LUXURY STAGING USE

This rug was used for upscale staging and presents beautifully overall. Please note that the rug has a minor area of what appears to be cellulosic browning, a common condition that can occur during the cleaning and drying of wool rugs with natural-fiber foundations. As moisture evaporates, naturally occurring compounds within the underlying fibers can migrate toward the surface, leaving faint tan or brown discoloration. This is a small, spot-like area shown in the photographs. The pile maintains excellent texture, softness, and coloration throughout.

Prior to listing, the rug was professionally cleaned by K.A. Menendian Rug Gallery, one of the oldest and most respected luxury rug specialists in the United States, and is fully placement ready.

As with any staging rug, minor signs of placement or handling may be present upon close inspection.
