Executed in richly figured rosewood, the planter features a generously sized rectangular black metal planter box that appears to float within an elegant solid rosewood frame. The warm tones and dramatic grain of the rosewood create a striking contrast against the matte black metal insert, resulting in a refined and timeless aesthetic.

The solid rosewood base is constructed with four rounded legs connected by beautifully shaped stretchers, showcasing the understated elegance and high-quality joinery characteristic of Danish furniture from the period. The clean architectural lines and balanced proportions make the piece equally suitable as an indoor planter or as a decorative standalone object.

Presented in very good condition, with a beautiful warm rosewood patina and only light signs of age and use consistent with its vintage character.
