Hand-knotted by the Yalameh tribal weavers — whose work shares stylistic lineage with the Qashqai and Luri nomads but stands apart through its exceptional fineness of weave and chromatic brilliance — the rug features an allover geometric design of two columns of interconnected latch-hook medallions. The French blue field beautifully contrasts with vivid accents in red, yellow, and ivory, creating a composition of lively color balance and bold tribal energy. Yalameh rugs are admired among collectors for their fine weave, the clarity and precision of their pattern, and a jewel-tone color palette that gives them an almost luminous quality.
