Bring architectural grandeur and timeless craftsmanship into your home with this stunning two-piece breakfront china cabinet by Thomasville Furniture, circa late 1960s. Exemplifying the high-end Mediterranean and Spanish Revival movements of the era, this monumental piece is beautifully crafted from rich, warm walnut wood featuring dramatic, book-matched burl wood panels on the lower cabinet faces.
The upper hutch boasts a unique arched, triple-peak broken pediment crown that frames four glass-front display doors. The interior features built-in lighting that casts a beautiful glow over the expansive glass shelving—perfect for showcasing fine china, design books, or a curated bar collection.
The lower credenza portion provides incredible storage functionality, consisting of three deep silverware drawers (flanked by decorative brass-finished drop loops) positioned above four beautifully contoured cabinet doors that open to reveal deep, fixed storage shelving.
Separating into two individual pieces for easier transit, this statement piece remains in excellent vintage condition with an incredibly strong structure, minor superficial age-appropriate surface wear, and a beautifully preserved original factory finish.
