Using heavily textured impasto techniques and expressive brushwork, the artwork depicts vibrant, fireworks-like sprays of light in brilliant shades of yellow, green, teal, and orange bursting upward into the dark night sky. Below the glowing water bursts, a silhouette-like crowd gathers, grounded by warm earthy tones of rust, gold, and deep brown in the foreground that suggest warm ambient light reflecting off the surrounding landscape. Mounted on an authentic vintage Grumbacher wooden stretcher frame, the composition balances dramatic contrast between deep dark tones and radiant light bursts, creating a vivid sense of movement, atmosphere, and mid-century modern artistic flair.
