My newest piece, inspired by the heavy rains that battered the MidWest last week. Our neighbors to the south in IN, really beared the brunt of it.
My oldest daughter was driving back from a concert at Notre Dame and was in the thick of it for hours. I’m grateful to God for sparing her.
This piece is dedicated to the flooded fields in the aftermath. The feel and look of fields when the sun finally rises and sets on the fields and farmers that feed us.
Richly hued, with heavy brushstrokes and generous paint, this piece would be at home in any setting. Unframed.
